Motorcyclist ticketed for not wearing seat belt in Karachi
 An officer in Karachi has* ticketed* a* Motorcyclist for not* wearing* seat belt. Yes, you* read it right.An E-Challan* *circulating on social media was reportedly issued to a man identified as* Qamar Zaman. Ticketing Officer Abdul Rasheed on Tuesday* fined Zaman* Rs500 for* violating* traffic rules-not wearing seat belt in this case.  The violation, however, fell under the category of primary type. The 'offender ' and the officer could not be reached for comment* on* the authenticity* of the ticket . Two wheelers have become a popular choice for Pakistanis to commute amid the lack of public transport facilities in the country. Motorcycle production in the country reached its highest level in 2016, according to* the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
