RAWALPINDI: The Frontier Corps on Monday arrested six terrorists* affiliated with the banned* Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP)* during intelligence-based operations* (IBOs) conducted under the Operation Raddul Fasaad in Rustam Darbar, Dera Bugti and Killi Deba areas in Balochistan.*
According to an ISPR statement,* explosives, arms and ammunition including anti-personal mines, detonators and communications equipment were also recovered from the arrested terrorists.
Meanwhile, Punjab Rangers along with police and intelligence agencies arrested*12 facilitators of terrorists* and recovered illegal weapons/ammunition from their possession during* IBOs conducted in Attock, Rawalpindi and Sargodha, the statement concluded.
