In a recent report by Business Insider, dietitian Tamara Duker Freuman says that people trying to lose weight or make healthier choices can make a few simple changes to finding better results. Duker recommends first eliminating sugary drinks, which even though they claim to be high in antioxidants or probiotics, are a concentrated source of sugar. Her other recommendation is that people eat a satiating breakfast, and a satiating balanced lunch, in order to better control their appetites in the evenings.
