ISLAMABAD: Shahzeb Khanzada in his programme “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Ke Sath” at Geo News on Monday said there is ** news yet of JIT intending to visit Qatar while five-six days are remaining in the time for it to complete investigation.
The Qatari prince has made it clear that he is **t going to come to Pakistan and in his three letters he has said that he is ready for recording a statement. He questioned that is it possible that an adverse decision comes against Nawaz Sharif even if the JIT doesn’t go to Qatar to record statement of the prince. He also questioned credibility of the report without the prince’s interview.
He said there are reports that JIT will go to Qatar for interview but it has set up some conditions. It has said it can go to Doha on June 29 or 30 and will **t send questionnaire to the prince before the visit.
It has said that interview will be held in Pakistani embassy and in English language. It has said that the statement will be recorded and the prince will **t have an lawyer or accountant with him at that time. The prince has replied that he will **t come to Pakistani embassy as Pakistani laws are **t applicable on him but the JIT can visit his place for interview.
