The year has already served up hits like Resident Evil VII and Horizon: Zero Dawn, **t to mention a sensational new piece of hardware from Nintendo — the Switch — and two must-own games: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. May isn't brimming with obvious blockbusters the way some of the earlier 2017 months were, but what it lacks in marquee names it makes up for in sheer volume.
