Microsoft is blocking some PCs from getting the ******* 10 Creators Update

Microsoft definitely wants you to upgrade its sparkly new Creators Update for ******* 10 — unless you have a old PC.

The company began rolling out the software Update a few weeks ago, giving ******* users with "newer devices" first access to the Creators update, which includes amped-up protection via ******* Defender, improvements to the Edge browser, and new 3D capabilities.

Apparently, the Update has been too much to handle for some of the older devices running ******* 10, so Microsoft is actually blocking some users from the upgrade. John Cable, Director of Program Management for ******* Servicing and Delivery, wrote a blog post earlier this week to confirm that Microsoft has been deploying blocks to prevent the rollout from reaching devices that might be affected by user-reported issues, at least until the problems are solved.* Read more...
