Natwar Singh urges Modi govt, media to show restraint *
In an interview with Indian media, Natwar Singh said being a bigger country India should show restraint and **t rush into anything unless a major attack took place from other side. The former minister also asked the Indian media to show restraint and avoid sensationalizing the news. Natwar Singh went on to say that cordial bilateral relations were in the interest of both Pakistan and India. Tensions are soaring high between Pakistan and India over the issue of Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK). Pakistan has been calling on the international community to take **tice of Indian army atrocities in IoK, while New Delhi without any proof accused Pakistan of being behind the attack on an army base at Uri which left 17 soldiers dead. Over 100 Kashmiris’ have been martyred and thousands injured as a result of Indian army atrocities since July 8 this year.
