New video by Keith Scott's wife shows his fatal encounter with police

Members of Keith Lamont Scott's family released new video footage Friday of his fatal encounter with Charlotte police.

In the clip, which was filmed by his wife Rakeyia Scott and is just over two minutes long, Scott is seen on the ground after shots were fired, surrounded by ******rs and police cars.

Rakeyia is heard telling ******rs he is **t armed before the shots are fired, and then afterwards: "He better **t be f*cking dead. He better live."
