Virginia sees major flooding from Hermine
   Post-Tropical Storm Hermine brought major flooding to areas of Virginia Friday and Saturday.* Hampton Roads, **rfolk and **rth Carolina's Outer Banks saw some of the worst of the flooding caused by the storm that's moving up the east coast.* Flash flood watches were in effect for **rtheast **rth Carolina and southeast Virginia, including Virginia Beach and **rfolk through Saturday evening. A small tornado spawned by Hermine k**cked over two trailers and injured four people on **rth Carolina's Outer Banks.
