Sindh Cabinet approves the Registration of Madaris Bill

KARACHI: Sindh Cabinet Saturday approved the Registration of Madaris (seminaries) Bill 2016.

Chief Minister Sind Syed Murad Ali Shah presided over the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, he said we would streamline seminaries and urged ulema to cooperate with the government in this regard.

The Chief Minister said National Action Plan will be implemented at any cost in the province. He said madressa Registration is vital for this.

Inspector General Police, A.D. Khawaja briefed the Cabinet about the progress on National Action Plan in the province.
