Middle school students help a penguin walk again with 3D printing
   Yellow Purple, aka Purps the Penguin, is a 23-year-old African penguin that was injured on her left leg in 2011. **w, thanks to Mystic Middle School, Mystic Aquarium and ACT Group, Purps has a 3D printed boot.* The touching video explains the process behind creating the boot for Purps and how the students learned to use 3D printing systems to design the piece for the endangered penguin.
