ISTANBUL: President Erdogan spoke to the nation via FaceTime and called on his supporters to take to the streets to oppose the intervention, Geo News reported. People poured onto the streets chanting slogans against the coup following President Erdogan’s appeal and blocked tanks. He said the Turkish People knew facing tanks and they will respond with full force.
