FBI Director James Comey recommended that the Department of Justice bring ** charges against presumptive Democratic presidential **minee Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, following an investigation into her use of a private email server as secretary of state.*

Comey, however, called her and her staff "extremely careless" for sending and receiving emails that contained classified information.
