Mexico's president proposed legalizing same-*** marriage Tuesday and to commemorate the occasion, he shared an image of his residence lit up in rainbow lights, much like the White House did last summer when the U.S. Supreme Court legalized same-*** marriage.



Speaking at an event on the International Day Against Homophobia, Enrique Peña Nieto said he signed initiatives that would seek to add same-*** marriage provisions to Mexico's constitution and the national civil code.
