Lawyer who hates drunk drivers gets charged with DUI
   A Florida Lawyer who rails against drunk drivers in commercials and on his website was charged with driving under the influence on Sunday morning when he was pulled over for speeding in his Lamborghini through a 35 MPH zone. David Maloney was arrested a little after 2 a.m. before reportedly being released about eight hours later, on $500 bond.
