PESHAWAR: Acting director of anti-corruption Establishment (ACE) Riaz Khan Mahsud on Thursday made two ******rs as officials on special duty (OSD) and sent third one to his parent department.
Riaz Mahsud, who is deputy commissioner Peshawar and is presently looking after the additional charge of anti-corruption Establishment after sudden transfer of Ziaullah Toru, issued orders of two assistant directors crimes, Peshawar, and Mardan, Shah Hasan and Javed Khan, respectively, and made them OSDs.
Similarly, he issued transfer orders of assistant director administration Shahab Nawaz and sent him back to the Industries Department.He said he would first start operation cleanup from the anti-corruption Establishment and would enable it to go after the corrupt elements in other places. Also, Riaz Mahsud threatened to take stern action against any employee found involved in misuse of powers.
