Alibek Omarov deserves a hearty round of applause for this feat of technical ingenuity. Current Android devices were never meant to run a game like Counter-Strike —*yet here is Counter-Strike 1.6, running reasonably well on an Android tablet.
Sure, the performance isn't perfect. And generally speaking, Counter-Strike*isn't the type of game you'd want to mess with on a mobile touchscreen (look at all those "buttons"). But that's besides the point.
Coders like Omarov typically pull off device hacks like this simply to prove it can be done. There's a long history of id Software's Doom*being ported to any screen imaginable, including ATMs, Apple Watch and even a virtual screen inside of Doom. Read more...
