Someone meets a tragic end in the latest 'The Americans'
   In "Chloramphenicol," Wednesday's episode of*The Americans, the show*doesn't waste any time following up on last week's cliffhanger, which found Philip and Elizabeth quarantined in Gabriel's apartment due to possible exposure to the Glanders virus. The episode, named after the antibiotic the Jennings take, defies expectations and isn't simply a bottle episode. Ultimately, however, it leads to a tragic end for one of our characters. It's an emotional phone call for both parties. Paige tries to hide her tears but can't because this is a lot for Someone her age to be dealing with, and Elizabeth can tell she's crying, which clearly breaks her heart.
