Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed believed the late Bal T******ay "needed to be taught a lesson" and Pakistani-American terrorist David Headley told him he would take "six months to complete the task". Headley, the terrorist-turned-approver, also said in a deposition to a Mumbai court on Saturday that he visited the residence of the late Shiv Sena supremo as well as Sena Bhavan in Mumbai, for surveillance.
