Canton, Ohio police ******r Ryan Davis has received thousands of letters since the tragic death of his K-9 partner, Jethro. But a **te from an 11-year-old named Allison stuck out.

Three-year-old Jethro, who had been ******r Davis's canine counterpart since he was only eight weeks old, was killed by gunfire while defending a grocery store from burglars in January.*

When Allison heard the news, she mailed Davis a handwritten letter — accompanied by a very generous donation.
