Maharashtra: 7 arrested for tying and whipping a rape victim
 Seven Panchayat brutes arrested for tying up and whipping a rape victim. Members of a Caste Panchayat of Gopal community, a **madic tribe, accused a man of raping his mi**r daughter. The panchayat later punished both by tying them with a rope and whipping them publicly.
