The epic music from*The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is still hard to top, even nearly five years after its release. But as we learned in early January, it sounds*great when sung by an 80-person choir.
The Greatest Video Game Music: Choral Edition, released on Jan. 29, joins Swedish choir Orphei Drängar with the immensely talented singer Myrra Malmberg in 13 recreations of video game music favorites, from Skyrim's "Dragonborn" to Portal's "Still Alive."
The above performance, recorded live at the German Church in Stockholm on the day the album was released, features Malmberg and the choir singing Skyrim's memorable "Age of Oppression." Read more...
