Before performing "Never Grow Up," the singer took a minute to talk to the massive crowd about one very special boy in her life: Jaime King's Son, Leo Thames. Taylor, who was named godmother of the little one back in March, told the crowd, "I wrote [Never Grow Up] when I was like 18 or 19 but my friend just had a baby and she made me godmother of it and I was holding this little baby the other night and I was just thinking differently. When you're holding onto something that's so in**cent and so perfect and has ** idea what's coming for it with the world. The world is going to throw so many things at you as we grow up."
Jaime, who gave birth to Leo on July 16, took to Twitter on Sunday to express her thanks for the beautiful dedication. Sharing a video of the moment, she wrote, "This is so beautiful Tay - Leo Thames is so blessed." Taylor was able to meet Leo for the first time in July and shared an adorable photo of herself cradling the newborn on her Instagram.
