Is Brian Williams getting ready to attempt a return to an anchor desk at NBC? Well his very public outing yesterday was **thing short of a PR handlers' dream. They always say that people love puppies and babies so it's probably ** coincidence that Williams took a stroll with his family yesterday, while walking his daughter Allison William's new Puppy named Moxie. Since being suspended from NBC News back in early February, Williams has stayed mostly out of the public eye. The timing of this pretty obvious photo opportunity is hardly coincidental
