five people are dead as a result of the
Severe Winter weather, with a state of emergency declared for 10 counties. One of the biggest issues has been abandoned vehicles, as almost 150 were left on roads throughout the area. Emergency workers gathered to rescue stranded people overnight, though some are still stranded.
