**kia Sensing XCHALLENGE*competitions*to “accelerate the availability of hardware sensors and software
Sensing tech**logy that individuals use to access, understand, and improve their health and well-being.” Each challenge comes with a grand prize award of $525,000, along with five distinguished awards, the
Winners of each receiving $120,000.
The
winners of the second challenge were presented with*their awards live this week at Exponential Medicine 2014 conference in San Diego by Peter Diamandis, Chairman and Founder of XPrize, and Henry Tirri, CTO of **kia.
