Lily Allen steps up to the mic. The British singer is sliding into the city this **vember to hit up a new music festival.
Attendees will jam with musicians all day at "What?s On Party In The Park" on **vember 14th. Gulf News tell us that we should expect chart-topping performers and international DJs stringing from 2pm until midnight with Lily's gig as the main event.
