Gwyneth an**unced her promise to donate to the ALS Association before **minating
Cameron Diaz, designer
Stella McCartney, and her ex-husband,
Chris Martin, to take the
Challenge next. Last week,
Gwyneth was **minated to be covered in cold water by fellow lifestyle goddess
