I am writing with regard to the article "Philippines to
blacklist Saudis who harass house workers" (July 8). Blacklisting is the first step, but the government of the
Philippines should also dis***** lawyers and community workers to help those victims inside
Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Labor should publish the rights and responsibilities of workers, the rights and responsibilities of employers, the types of violations committed by both parties and the penalties involved.* Transparency will make life easier for all parties concerned.
