The 18th edition of the Dubai International Holy Quran Award, which will start on June 29, will see the first ever Emirati on its five-member judging panel. The other four members of the jury are: Dr Khalid Barakat from Leba**n, Sheikh Fouad Kamal Al Hassan from Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Samih Athamneh from Jordan, and Sheikh Salah Al Saghir from Egypt.
