Says U.S. Will Send Up to 300
Military Advisers to Iraq



Facing a
crisis in Iraq that is threatening to pull the country apart, President Barack
Obama took to the White House briefing room on Thursday to an**unce his latest decisions:
- He said he was dis*****ing up to 300 Military Advisers to Iraq to assist the government in its fight against the radical militant group ISIL.
- He left open the option of "targeted" Military action in the future, and said the U.S. would increase its intelligence efforts in Iraq to identify targets...
- ... but he reiterated that U.S. combat troops would **t return to Iraq.
- He called on Iraqi leaders to govern with a more "inclusive agenda" to ensure the country does **t descend into civil war...
