I'd already heard that Al Qaeda was in the neighborhood, and they may have gotten a hold of surface-to-air missiles left over from the Gaddafi Regime and conflict there. Indeed, one could safely say that's not a good thing, at least for the United States, which is one of Al Qaeda's prime adversaries.
