Will **t ban "love locks" on bridges, the city's deputy mayor said Thursday.
After part of a railing
on the Pont des Arts collapsed, Bru** Julliard an**unced the city was looking for alternative ways for lovers to show their affection (including ribbons). But at a
conference Thursday he said attempting to discourage tourists from leaving
Locks was about as far as authorities would go.
