Santa
Barbara Killer's Chilling Plot: A Timeline

Elliot Rodger, the 22-year-old who police have identified as
killing six people before taking his own life, meticulously planned the rampage that took place near the University of California,
Santa Barbara, Friday night.
The plans date as far back as 2011, when Rodger moved to Isla Vista, a community in
Santa Barbara, to take classes at
Santa Barbara City College. In a
137-page manifesto, he referred to his violent acts as a "Day of Retribution."
