forever-excellent Donald Trump impersonation back to
Saturday Night Live for a ripping cold open that recreated the previous week's
televised gun control sitdown.*
Baldwin's
Trump script swings wide, goofing on everything from Trump's far-fetched boast that he'd have stepped up to defend a school from active shooter to his dwindling White House staff. At one point, he bemoans the United States' weakened position on the world stage, complaining that "Wakanda is laughing at us."
