Kia Utzon-Frank is making concrete-looking desserts inspired by Brutalist architecture. Utzon-Frank
wanted to recreate a famous Danish treat called flødeboller because she could not find it in the UK. The result was something similar, but with an elegant twist that makes it look like it's made from granite, marble, or
concrete depending on the decoration.
