wife Gisele Bأ¼ndchen and shared a glimpse into how they're enjoying
Their vacation.

the happy couple sharing a
Kiss in front of a gorgeous sunset. Of course, he hasn't completely forgot about the game - he made sure to finish his sweet note with the hashtag "losingstreakstopsatone."
Despite the loss, Tom has
the most supportive cheerleader ever in the 37-year-old supermodel and environmental activist, with whom
he shares son Benjamin, 8, and Vivian, 5 (he also has a 10-year-old son John with ex Bridget Moynahan).
