Despite the excitement around recent
Nintendo game an**uncements, one title from the
Game maker has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.
Set for release in June,
Tomodachi Life, a life simulation
Game similar to
The Sims, was the subject of backlash after
Nintendo responded about the lack of
Same-*** Representation in the
Game on Wednesday.

But on Friday,
Nintendo released a second statement about the future of
Same-*** Representation in
Nintendo titles:
"We apologize for disappointing many people by failing to include Same-*** relationships in Tomodachi Life. Unfortunately, it is **t possible for us to change this game’s design, and such a significant development change can’t be accomplished with a post-ship *****. At Nintendo, dedication has always meant going beyond the games to promote a sense of community, and to share a spirit of fun and joy. We are committed to advancing our longtime company values of fun and entertainment for everyone. We pledge that if we create a next installment in the Tomodachi ******, we will strive to design a game-play experience from the ground up that is more inclusive, and better represents all players."
