Police ******r in K**x County, Tenn., was
Fired Sunday, just one day after he
Allegedly choked University of
Tennessee Student Jarod Dotson until he passed out.
The K**x County Sheriff's ****** also placed on leave two ******rs who were standing behind Dotson, 21, while
******r Frank Phillips
Allegedly strangled him. The incident happened while Dotson's hands were cuffed behind his back.
