On Friday, the actress and activist tweeted a scathing open letter to
Damon after his
series of misguided-at-best comments on
sexual misconduct in Hollywood.*
During an interview with Peter Travers,
Damon appeared to worry a little too much about the "culture of outrage" around men who abuse their power — not on the damaged lives of their victims.

At one point, for example, he opined on Louis C.K.: "I imagine the price that he’s paid at this point is so beyond anything that he — I just think that we have to kind of start delineating between what these behaviors are," he said.
