BJP, workers clash Aligarh mayor’sChaos prevailed at the oath-taking ceremony of BSP?s newly-elected Aligarh mayor, Mohd Furkan, after the party councillors refused to stand for up for Vande Mataram. Though Furkan stood up for the national song, the BSP councillors did not do so, prompting their counterparts from BJP to raise slogans in protest.
