The
National Weather Service is pulling no punches when it comes to Hurricane Harvey.*
The federal agency is now
calling the storm battering Texas and bringing historic levels of flooding to Houston "unprecedented."*

One to 2 feet of rain has already fallen on Houston,
with more on the way. If you are in Houston or the surrounding area, it's important to listen to local officials and find shelter in a safe place. If you're in a safe area, don't travel.*
