Klout released a completely
Redesigned iOS app Tuesday.
The newest version of the app reflects the company's
recent shift from focusing on measuring individuals'
Klout scores, to actively helping its users raise their scores.

"We really want to be a utility that helps people,"
Klout cofounder and former CEO Joe Fernandez told
Mashable. "It's hard to figure out what to say that's relevant and timely that your audience will be into."
