YouTube Delays Launch of
Music Service


YouTube's
Music Service is still on its way, but a report indicates that it will be delayed until later this year
The Google unit has been working on its
Music Service for some time, but wanted to
Launch a product that is different from competitors in the space and ready for mass consumption, according to
Billboard. The publication, which does **t cite any sources, reports
YouTube has pushed the
Launch back to "the second quarter or beyond."
Billboard previously reported that the introduction would come in late 2013
