"Game of Thrones" Season 8 is the
final season, and it will
have six episodes, and somewhere out there, the ****** finale script is
already complete. *ACCIO, THAT SCRIPT!* How will the story end? We won't k**w for a long time, but the showrunners and two other writers are finished writing Season 8, and are **w in the process of storyboarding the episodes to determine how long that shoot will need to be. The Season 8 premiere script was
written by Dave Hill, with Bryan Cogman writing Episode 2. Showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss wrote the
final four episodes. HBO boss Casey Bloys told reporters at the Television Critics Association: "It's a big season. They're trying to get a sense of how long it's going to take them to shoot this." Because they don't k**w that yet, they also don't k**w if Season 8 will air in 2018 or
have to wait for 2019. Bloys said they also don't k**w how long each episode will be, despite rumors that the
final six could end up being feature-length. Bloys also dodged some spi**ff talk because he wanted to focus on the
final seasons of "Game of Thrones." He reiterated that they won't be traditional spi**ffs -- with characters from the current show spinning off to their own ****** -- but said we won't see anything on air any sooner than a year after the "Game of Thrones" ****** finale. "What I don't want is the attention to be drawn from the
final season, which I think is going to be epic and amazing, and somehow
