Officials in Dammam arrested the captain of a vessel that had entered Saudi waters without a permit, according to Border Guard spokesman Brig. Khalid Al-Arquobi. Six sailors on board the vessel having a Togo flag were also arrested. The vessel came from the United Arab Emirates to buy diesel illegally in Al-Khajfi area. All people on board admitted that they have been buying diesel illegally from local providers. Ten bottles of ******* and hundreds of thousands of US dollars were also confiscated.
