That the building doesn't have a single functioning camera inside. This helps explain how the teen made it to the top of the 1,776-foot building without so much as butting heads with security. The only video of him from March 16, the night he climbed the tower, comes from a security camera
That caught him slipping onto the property through a hole in a fence on Church Street at 4:10 a.m. ET.
