A
French presidential candidate is trying to squeeze in all the
rallies he can before the first round of voting begins in a matter of days — and the best way to do that is to be in multiple places at once.*
Jean-Luc Mélenchon spoke simultaneously at seven
rallies on Tuesday. He was physically present at one, while his image (almost but **t
technically a hologram) was projected to crowds in six other locations.*

The
tech**logy works by recording Mélenchon and projecting his image on a screen on the
floor of each stage, according to
Le Parisien.
