GENEVA (Reuters) - Talks on reunifying
Cyprus should produce a "radical" change in the island's
security situation, which is currently guaranteed by Greece, Turkey and Britain,
Cyprus president Nicos Anastasiades told a news conference in Geneva on Friday.
