When
Fargo returns to FX in April, the show will be more contemporary than viewers are used to.
The third season is set in 2010, meaning tech**logy will play more of a role in Eden Valley, Minnesota. While the setting is retro — everything from the rooms and the cars — the characters are taking selfies on their iPhones.*
“2010’s really contemporary for us,” executive producer Warren Littlefield said during the show's Television Critics Association presentation Thursday. “[Creator] **ah [Hawley] is enjoying that tech**logy, in many ways, is supposed to unite, and perhaps that’s **t what happens at all."
